ICODE / PRACTICAL GUIDES

Monthly, six-month & yearly subscriptions explained

Understand coverage periods, renewals, plan changes and payment verification.

A billing cycle is a service period

Monthly billing covers one month. A six-month or yearly invoice covers the agreed longer period. Check both the service start and end dates, not just the month in which you make a transfer. In the iCode console, an exclusive paid-until date means the first day outside that coverage.

Payment proof and verified payment are different steps

Uploading a bank slip tells the billing team that you have made a payment. Verification confirms the funds and applies them to the invoice. A partial payment reduces the balance; extra verified funds can remain as account credit for a later invoice.

Upgrades and pauses need clear terms

A plan change may include a prorated adjustment for the unused part of a paid period. A pause can stop service and future billing while retaining old invoices. The agreed pause rule decides whether unused paid time is extended. Cancellation stops future service but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Keep the records accessible

Use your customer portal to view invoices, download or print them, submit payment proof and contact support. If a date, rate or payment status looks incorrect, ask the team to review it before making another payment.
