PRIVACY INFORMATION
A note about
the information you share.
This page explains the information requested through this company website.
Project enquiries.
Our contact form asks for your name, a way to reply and the project details you choose to share. Enquiries are stored in the company website’s message system so authorised staff can review and respond to them. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or other sensitive credentials through the form.
Website sessions.
The website uses a browser session to support its contact form, request verification and submission feedback. The company website’s administration area also uses sessions for signed-in users.
iCode Buddy.
Buddy is an automated website assistant. Its built-in answers use public company information, active software solutions and published projects. When the owner enables AI replies, the assistant labels this in the chat panel. A submitted question and up to eight recent chat messages may then be sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a response. Built-in website answers do not need OpenAI. Replies can be incomplete or mistaken; confirm project scope, price and delivery details with our team.
The conversation stays in the page’s memory and clears on refresh or when you choose New chat. We do not save chat transcripts in the company database. The server uses a session and short-lived counters, including a hashed network address, to limit AI requests. AI requests set response storage off; the provider’s applicable data-handling policies still apply.
The microphone starts only when you tap it and allow browser permission. Dictation may use your browser vendor’s speech service. The text appears in the input for you to review and send. Spoken replies are optional and use voices available in your browser. The website does not store audio recordings.
When you select Review enquiry, the project draft is placed temporarily in this tab’s session storage to fill the contact form. The draft expires after ten minutes and is removed when used. Review it and add your contact details before pressing Send your enquiry. An ordinary chat reply does not submit a contact message.
Other services.
Links to WhatsApp, email, Google Maps, social networks and the POS demo take you to other services or websites. Their own terms and privacy information apply. The contact page includes a Google Maps view of the published business address.
Questions or corrections.
If you want to ask about an enquiry you submitted, correct your contact details or discuss removal of that message, contact iCode using the details on our contact page. Tell us enough to identify the relevant enquiry.
Software project data.
Data handling for a client’s POS, customer portal or custom software installation depends on that project’s hosting, access and agreed implementation. This page describes the company website, rather than every system developed by iCode.
